Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) for [the Greenfield] Incheon-Seoul International Airport
Project Synopsis
Provision of management support to Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) and project team to fulfil the implementation of the Operational Readiness & Airport Transfer (ORAT) programme at the new Incheon-Seoul International Airport10.
Tasks included support towards:
- Establishment of the project’s bidding, concept and programme development;
- ORAT backstopping provisions;
- Contract management.
10. Tasks were performed via Deutsche AeroConsult GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Frankfurt Main International Airport through the participation of Azlan Morad, and within his scope of responsibility as Associate Director at the material time.
